Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

ARYA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ARYA platform, including its software, services, and features, solely for your internal business purposes.

This license does not grant ownership of the software or platform. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by ARYA.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute ARYA software except as expressly permitted.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code.
• Use ARYA to send unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content.
• Interfere with the security or functionality of ARYA or its systems.
• Share login credentials or allow unauthorized third-party access.

3. Data Integration & Security

ARYA integrates with third-party data sources and enterprise systems to provide real-time data visualization and secure communications.

All communications are protected with quantum-safe encryption to safeguard your information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload or share within ARYA.

By using the platform, you grant ARYA a limited license to process, transmit, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

ARYA does not sell or disclose your data to third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

5. Service Availability

ARYA aims to provide continuous, reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion, with or without notice.

6. Termination

ARYA may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, your license to use ARYA will immediately end.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

ARYA is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARYA disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

ARYA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Changes to Agreement

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ARYA after changes means you accept the updated Agreement.
